A young pigeon couple lays their first, long-awaited egg. But instead of tenderly cuddling it, they rush it through a rigorous educational programme, driving it all over the place to swimming lessons, painting courses at the museum and ice hockey training.
The ducks are quite different. They indulge in their relaxed duck lives, quacking about here and there; all they risk, at the most, is being flattened by the hasty pigeons. The ducks and the pigeons don’t pay each other much attention. Until one day the pigeon’s egg takes part in a talent show …
