“You are telling a story without images through images, and I think you will fail because our story goes beyond your narrative.” First you see, then you know, they say. The world is alive, but maybe without mirrors and images, none of it would exist. The blind create images in a different way – with sounds, textures and experiences. They are on the other side of the mirror. When you enter the rabbit hole, imagination plays the main part.

Yunyi Zhu

Born in China in 1988, he graduated with a degree in sculpture from the Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts and has also studied at Le Fresnoy – Studio national des arts contemporains in Tourcoing, France.
